I had this issue but couldnt find any fixes. but i have fixed my rendering issue now. i un-installed the game and then re-installed my nvidia graphics driver and installed the game again. once i done this it fixed all my issues with rendering. i have solid 120 fps, epic view distance no graphic issues. hope this helps!.
